Global Law firm Allen & Overy is on the verge of establishing an Australian office after recruiting around 15 top lawyers from the popular Australian firm Clayton Utz. The decision taken by one of the world's biggest law firms "Allen & Overy" is expected to be made public late tonight Australian time.

Allen & Overy by now has 31 offices across the globe and is anticipated to use its new Australian practice to provide additional legal resources for the firm’s practice in China.
